Brigade Electronics launches Haloniq video telematics ecosystem

Brigade Electronics has brought risk, compliance and fleet management into one secure environment with Haloniq, a purpose-built video telematics platform paired with its own hardware, installation and support.

Brigade Electronics has launched Haloniq, a complete video telematics safety ecosystem built around a purpose-built software solution that brings risk, compliance and fleet management together in a single, secure environment. The platform pairs that software with Brigade's hardware range, global installation capability and local support structure, with the aim of helping commercial fleets improve driver behaviour, simplify day-to-day operations and make better-informed decisions.

James Tyrrell, Head of Telematics at Brigade Electronics, said:

One platform instead of several

Built as a single platform, the software unifies essential fleet functions and compliance features that would traditionally have required multiple systems running side by side. Every event is linked to the supporting video, journey and report, which Brigade says delivers an intuitive user experience and two-click simplicity. The approach is intended to strip out complexity while giving operators the visibility and control to drive measurable improvements in driver, vehicle and asset performance.

Hardware-agnostic by design

Brigade's portfolio of more than 2,000 products allows the company to integrate the software with a wide range of camera, detection and safety systems, keeping data reliable from the point of capture through to actionable insight. Camera configurations are aligned to DVS, FORS and CLOCS requirements, while remote tachograph downloads support drivers' hours compliance. The software is device-agnostic, so it can also connect to third-party products, and a REST API supports communication with other complementary fleet systems and telematics platforms.
